Senior Marketing Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join us in London. This role executes Equilend's field marketing activity across EMEA and APAC, translating our global marketing plan into effective in-region programmes. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who wants direct ownership of marketing campaigns and enjoys seeing their work connect clearly to commercial results.
What you'll do
- Translate Equilend's global field marketing plan into an effective in-region programme across EMEA and APAC, covering executive engagement, industry conferences and account-based activity.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across EMEA and APAC, partnering closely with the global demand generation team on paid search and paid social.
- Partner with regional Sales and Account Management teams to align campaigns with account-level priorities and commercial targets, as well as maintain relationships with industry bodies, media partners and conference organisers to support regional visibility.
- Maintain consistent messaging, targeting and campaign sequencing across EMEA and APAC touchpoints.
- Track how campaigns connect to pipeline and report regularly on regional marketing contribution to pipeline.
- Write strong, original copy for campaigns and regional assets, including content localised for market context and client priorities.
- Execute on account-based marketing plans, keeping activity sharply targeted to the right audience.
- Work within regional marketing budgets agreed with global marketing leadership, tracking spend against commercial impact.
- Support regional event activity with the Events function acting as support for larger EMEA/APAC events, with ownership of planning for smaller in-region events.
- Ensure all activity aligns with global brand, compliance and messaging standards.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years' B2B marketing experience with hands-on experience linking marketing activity to pipeline generation.
- Proven experience building and running end-to-end field and digital campaigns.
- Hands-on experience running paid digital channels, including paid search and paid social.
- Experience partnering directly with Sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Strong written communication skills. You write your own copy and content, not relying solely on AI tools.
- Familiarity with a modern marketing tech stack (e.g. CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) to support campaign execution and reporting.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, confident working across regional Sales teams and global marketing leadership.
Why Equilend?
- Be recognised for your contribution through a discretionary annual cash bonus, linked to individual and company performance.
- Work flexibly with up to 100 remote working days per calendar year.
- Take time to recharge with generous annual leave, plus public holidays.
- Access group life assurance and income protection, supporting you and your dependents.
- Private health and dental insurance, available from your first day (optional).
- Save for the future through a company pension contribution of 7.5%, when you contribute a minimum of 1.5%.
