Arjun Dev

Arjun is the Global Head of Transformation at EquiLend, responsible for working across Product and Technology teams to transform the business into a sharply focused, nimble, metrics-driven and efficient organization. He also is the company’s India Country Head, helping set up India as a key global center for EquiLend delivering products and servicing clients across the globe. 

Arjun brings more than two decades of experience in the technology industry, donning multiple roles, including more than 15 years in financial services. He previously headed the securities lending service line for Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets and has worked with most of the top 10 global banks as clients. He has also worked closely with EquiLend for 20 years, first as part of the development team of the company’s initial securities lending platform and subsequently helping integrate its initial client firms. He also headed offshore delivery for all Capital Markets clients of Headstrong.  

At Simeo Solutions, Arjun headed Global Delivery with a remit to transform client delivery practices, develop leadership and set up a scalable organization structure. Most recently, he was also the CEO of a World Economic Forum-awarded social enterprise, Daily Dump, transforming the company into growth and profitability. 

Arjun holds a management degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. In his free time, he is an avid bird watcher and a high-altitude trekker, having covered the Everest base camp and Tour du Mont Blanc treks, among many others.
