Our Early Careers Programs
We’re proud to have multiple entry points for those looking for early career opportunities. Our internships, apprenticeships and graduate rotational programs introduce candidates to a taste of the world of work or support a more immersive experience. Rotating through a number of teams on our graduate program, graduates will also benefit from a dedicated mentor to help them along the way and provide regular feedback and support in this first job.
Our Pathways
Graduate Rotational Program
One of our two graduate routes, the Graduate Rotational Program. With unique paths for Business and Technology you will have the possibility of 3 rotations during your year with us. However, if we find that during this graduate program that you are excelling in a particular team, you may then spend two (or more!) rotations honing your skills in that area. This is designed to ensure that your year is focused on the development of your most promising skills.
Plus, for those who demonstrate exceptional performance there’s a clear pathway to a full-time role with us upon completion of the program.
Graduate Specialized Program
Our Graduate Specialized Route is ideal for those with a defined career goal and offers direct placement in a specific team for the entire year. This route suits graduates eager to dive deep into their chosen field from day one, providing intense learning and immediate team contributions. Like our Rotational Program, top performers have the opportunity for a permanent position after one year, setting a solid foundation in their desired specialty.

Apprenticeships
Based in our London office, our degree apprenticeship program provides a comprehensive introduction to the world of financial services and technology. Over the course of your 4-year degree, you’ll gain valuable real-world work experience working alongside our expert professionals and have the opportunity to obtain industry recognized qualifications.
Why Choose an EquiLend Apprenticeship?
Apprentices will join either a technology or business team gaining on the job experience with a dedicated professional to support you in your degree work.
We’ve partnered with a Russell Group University to deliver online or in person lectures working towards your qualifications and built in a dedicated training day each week to support this effort. Successful completion of the apprenticeship program may even see you putting your new skills to good use as part of our team.
We offer two degree apprenticeships: Financial Services Professional Degree BSc and Digital & Technology Solutions Degree BSc.
Entry requirements: We require no less than the UCAS equivalent of BBC at A-Level.
