Krista Otis

Krista Otis has served as EquiLend’s General Counsel & Secretary since 2007. As General Counsel & Secretary, she is responsible for the company’s legal and corporate governance matters at EquiLend globally.

Krista also served as EquiLend’s Chief Compliance Officer from 2007-15. Prior to EquiLend, Krista worked at Nomura in the mortgage-backed securities division.

Krista is a member of the New York Bar and New Jersey Bar.  She also holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses. She received her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the St. John’s University School of Law.
